Who is Saige?
Saige is Everyone’s Personal Chef…and more importantly, YOUR Personal Chef.
Saige was created to fix weeknight dinner. Whether you love cooking or not, you can probably agree that weeknight dinner needs a bit of help. We think the solution is in a personal chef that you can rely on to just make dinner happen.
Saige knows your family's food preferences (and quirks), cooks customized meals that match your individual appetites, and delivers ready-to-heat meals directly to your door. Meals that are worlds better in quality and variety than the routine weeknight dinner.
Saige is constantly learning and using feedback from you to fine tune your meals so that they are fantastic every week.
Tell me more about how Saige handles dietary restrictions?
We can accommodate most dietary restrictions and food preferences, the way any personal chef would. Regarding allergens, we will do our best to clean and sanitize our work stations to minimize the risk of contamination. Please let us know if there are any serious allergens in your profile page when you set up your account with Saige.
How does signing up work? and how will I know my order has been confirmed?
You will create a profile for you and your family members. Your Personal Chef will send you your meal recommendations every Friday, outlining the following week’s meals.
You can reply to confirm these recommendations or ask for modifications or changes by 3 p.m. Sunday. If you don’t have any modifications or don’t respond back to the email, we will send you the original recommendation.
Who do I contact if I have questions about my meals when I receive them?
If you have any questions regarding your order you can us directly (404) 996-0900 or by email (email@example.com). You can also contact your personal chef by responding back to the recommendation email.
How do I change or cancel my order?
You can change or pause your weekly order any time before 3 p.m. Sunday. You can ask for modifications by responding to your recommendation email or phone call to customer service. You can also pause your account for 1-3 weeks at a time.
How much does Saige cost?
Meal costs are dependent on how many weekly meals you sign up for. One meal per week per person is $16 per meal. Two meals per week per person is $14 per meal. Three meals per week per person is $12 per meal. Our mission is to make our prices accessible for everyone.
How do I pay for Saige?
Saige accepts credit card, debit card or Paypal.
How do I redeem a gift card, previously purchased from Real Meal Delivery?
If you would like to redeem a gift card from Real Meal Delivery, please click here. (TAPAN – this should link to our gift card page) We will honor any Real Meal Delivery gift cards you have for yourself or your family.
When are my meals good until?
The meals are chilled to allow us to serve you the greatest variety possible and give you the freedom and convenience of consuming them whenever you want. Meals will be delicious 3-5 days after receiving them and the expiration dates will be listed on the labels.
How do I heat the meals?
Reheating instructions are labeled on each meal. Saige dinners are delivered in containers that are safe for both the microwave and the oven.
What do I do with empty containers?
We strongly encourage you to recycle/reuse the food containers after use.
Are Saige meals made with sustainable proteins and other ingredients?
We are passionate about sourcing only the best ingredients and also about keeping our Personal Chef service accessible. When possible, we will source sustainable proteins. Our chefs source much of our food from local purveyors.
How and when will my meals arrive?
Your meals will be delivered to your doorstep, first thing in the morning before 7 a.m. Our delivery team will pack them in high quality insulated cooler bags with ice packs, ensuring that they stay cold and safe to consume. All meals will arrive fully cooked and just need to be re-heated when you are ready to consume or serve them.
We will provide you with heating instructions to maximize quality and deliver the best experience to your taste buds. To ensure we don’t have to wake you in the middle of the night please give us your best delivery instructions to clarify the easiest way to complete your delivery (ie gate code, bag location on your property, what to do in the event you’re not responsive and are required to grant us access).
How will I be notified when my delivery has arrived?
All Saige deliveries are delivered early Monday morning or Wednesday morning.
You will receive an email when the delivery has been made. We recommend that you remove the meals from the cooler before you leave for the morning and store them in your refrigerator to preserve the quality of the meals.

Do I need to be home to receive my deliveries?
Saige is all about convenience and flexibility so no, you do not have to be home to receive your delivery. Please let us know during the checkout process if there are any special delivery instructions which will ensure a smooth delivery.
What if I didn’t receive my delivery the morning that it was expected?
If you do not receive your morning delivery on the agreed upon date, please call us immediately at (404) 996-0900 and we will reschedule the delivery immediately at a convenient time for you. If necessary, we can deliver to any location within our delivery area the next day. Your personal chefs at Saige will make it right and get you a delicious meal by dinnertime.
What if I live in a gated community?
Please provide a valid gate code during the check out process. Please note that we will be delivering in the middle of the night and let us know if there is a way to deliver without contacting you directly. (We don’t want to interrupt your well-deserved sleep!) If you have forgotten to give specific delivery directions, please email us at FEEDBACK@heysaige.com.
What if I have Security Guards at the entrance to my building?
If your community has security guards on duty at a guard station, please inform them as necessary that you will be expecting a delivery during the 12-7 a.m. delivery window. The Saige driver may inquire with the guard if they are willing to accept the bag on your behalf and you will be notified of the bag’s location in the morning.
What if I have a concierge or receptionist in my building?
In the event your community has a concierge on duty at a front desk and you would prefer they receive your delivery, please specify this in the delivery instructions during check out. Please also remember to leave your empty returned bags with them so our drivers can acquire them to clean, sanitize and reuse the bags for the next delivery.
What do I do with my bags and ice packs?
Every week, we’d ask for you to leave out the previous week’s cooler bags and ice packs. Our drivers will pick them up when dropping off your next order. We are big believers in sustainability so that is why we use reusable cooler bags and ice packs.
How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password by clicking on the reset password link on the login screen. It will send you an email with a link to reset your password. If you are still having trouble feel free to email us at FEEDBACK@heySaige.com.
